OKNAVHDA's 2010 fall test will be held October 9 and 10.

Saturday evening there will be a no-host dinner (location tbd) . Everyone is welcome. Time will be determined based on the day's activities.

All test entries will be accepted in the order they are recieved by the test secretary. No places will be held or reserved until the test form and entry fee are received. Waiting list entries will be accepted.

Test entry fees are as follows:

Natural Ability (NA) - $125
Utility Preparatory Test - $150
Utility Test - $150

Additional $50 for non-NAVHDA members.

Refund policy:   Full refunds will be given prior to 30 days before the test as long as there is a dog on the waiting list. If there are less than 30 days until the test date a refund can be given if there is a dog on the waiting list, but a $20 processing fee will be charged. If there are less than two weeks until the test date, no refund will be given. Waiting list entries will be held until the Monday before the test (October 5). If at that time there are no openings all waitlist entries and checks will be returned. If however an opening comes available that week the entry owners will be contacted (in the order the entries were received) by phone and given the chance to take the opening.
